Kettler's Astro Cross Trainer has the premium features that you expect from a leader in the field. From the top, a training computer measures time, distance, energy, rates, temperature and pulse rates by session or in total.
Pulse input is from either ear clip or hand sensor, both included, or from the available accessory Cardio-Pulse-Set.
Energy absorption is by the smoothest and best method, magnetic eddy current generation.
The massive 40 lb. flywheel has continuous adjustments for braking resistance
and the display indicates the force level from 1 to 10.
All swivelling hinge joints have a pair of ball bearings to maintain freedom of motion and correct alignment, backwards or forwards.
The handgrips are ergonomically shaped for torso workout and have additional grip points with hand sensors.
The pedals are position adjustable and have non-slip surfaces.
