Model 40 is 20x40 inches. It features kingpin and tie rod no-tip steering and offset wheels with a wide track (20"). Recovered plastic "lumber" is assembled into white boards and plywood-like sheets and built into a wagon bed over a full length powder-coated steel frame. Flathead through bolts threaded into Pem™ fastener captive nuts are used to hold the plastic racks together rather than staples and glue. A long 30" handle is comfortable for adults, and the end is peaked to center over a 2" trailer ball.
-The wagon comes with two tire options: 10" x 4" inch pneumatic tires on four inch steel wheels with 5/8 inch ball bearings with grease fittings, or hard rubber, "no flat" tires in the same size. The hefty no-flat tires add a cost of approximately $12 more per tire.
-Color patterns for the racks include the following: 1) Red, 2) Blue, 3) Green with white wheels, and 4) alternating Green/Yellow with yellow wheels and a green edged bed. The colors are not as saturated as paint but don't seem to fade and are through the material. A novel trim feature is the application of white pavement marking paint pinstriping with crystal grains that make the trim reflective. All white racks are available, though shipping may take longer on those.
