***Rear Wheel Navigation Steering is only used when an adult is guiding with the Push-bar.  To engage the Rear Wheel Steering, lock the front wheel, unlock the rear wheels, insert the Push-bar and you can now steer it from behind.  When the child is ready to navigate on their own, remove the Push-bar, lock the rear wheels and unlock the front wheel.
