Kettler's Sandbox is a generous hexagonal perimeter that is 47.5" on a side and 11" deep with six sturdy multicolored (red, blue, green, yellow) sections that interlock with yellow cylindrical corner connectors. About five cubic feet of sand (600 lb.) is needed to fill the hexagonal interior of this portable sandbox. The sections are lightweight for easy movement (like up to a balcony) yet have water fill holes to make them heavily anchored. The construction is weather resistant and bug-less plastic resin with rounded edges and it is bottomless for ventilation and mildew prevention. Kettler Sandbox includes a standard elastic edged fitted cover. A heavier optional Cover Kit combines a center peak rod with easy to use anchor points attached to the six corners.
